I recently came back from Malaysia where I spent Chinese New Year with my family there. My mom is the greatest cook and cooked whatever I requested. I had a lot of food that I have not have in years. When I came back, I realized that I did not ask her to make me the green bean omelette. Naturally I look this recipe up online and found not only the recipe but pictures of the omelette being made.
