| The salmon hash started out as salmon cakes but for some reasons unknown to me my cakes kept falling apart. So I turned this into hash. I already had potatoes cooking so after I browned the salmon, I threw in some potatoes I have browned with onions. It tasted great so this recipe is a keeper! |
