Pita Chips w/ Hummus




Pita chips are so easy to make.  All you need to do is cut up a pita however you like and toast them in the oven like you would with toasts.  There is no reason to add oil or anything else. Do watch the pita closely because they burn easily since they are so thin.  I turn it over once so that both sides can be browned. As for the hummus, I love the Sabra's brand. Yummy and healthy!
