This is great for dinner for tomorrow packed lunch. Easy, fast and cheap to make. Most importantly it is tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground sirloin beef
- 1 head of broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- white pepper to taste
Directions
- Season the beef with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and sugar.
- Saute garlic for about 5 minutes then add the beef and brown.
- When the beef is cook through, add the broccoli and 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
- Cook until the broccoli is to the way you like it.
I like my broccoli to be bright green and not too mushy. That only takes about 6 minutes to cook without overcooking the broccoli.
