I love the runny center on the toast.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- 2 toasts
Directions
- On a very hot cast iron pan, melt butter and fry one egg at a time.
- Do not over cook, the center must be runny for this recipe.
- Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
I like to break the yolk before I start to chomp on it. It is an amazing quick breakfast and very filling.
