Tomatoes

Red, pink, orange, yellow and striped red green tomatoes!!!

The orange, pink and yellow tomatoes were fragrant, tart and sweet. They tasted more like fruits then regular tomatoes.

I believe these are Violet Jasper tomatoes.  I had to get this box of different colored tomatoes because of the striped red and green tomatoes.  These are the strangest tomatoes I have ever seen.  I was more surprise when I tried to cut into these tomatoes because the skin was leathery and hard to cut into.  The taste of it was bizarre. It was sweet and chewy. If I would have been blind folded, I would have never guess that it was a tomato.  This is trully the strangest tomatoes I have ever tasted.
