This dish hold a special place in my heart...
This is such a simple dish and was one of my favorite growing up.
This is usually steam in the rice cooker but I do not possess one.
This was delicious but not the same as the ones my mom made.
Ingredients
For each 10 oz ramekin, you'll need...
- 3 tablespoon of ground pork
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- dash of white pepper
Directions
- Season the ground pork with sesame oil, white powder and light soy sauce.
- Place the pork at the bottom of the ramekin.
- Then pour 2 beaten eggs on top of the pork.
- Steam for 20 to 30 minutes until the egg is set.
Serve this with a side of rice.
