Saute Kale



Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound kale
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • shavings of nutmeg for taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Tear the kale into pieces.
  2. Saute garlic for about 5 minutes in medium heat.
  3. Add kale and saute for about 6 minutes, add water and saute until kale is wilted.
  4. Add nutmeg, sat and pepper to taste. 

I like kale because they hold up really well after sauteing or cook in soup.
