Ingredients
- 1/2 pound kale
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- shavings of nutmeg for taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Tear the kale into pieces.
- Saute garlic for about 5 minutes in medium heat.
- Add kale and saute for about 6 minutes, add water and saute until kale is wilted.
- Add nutmeg, sat and pepper to taste.
I like kale because they hold up really well after sauteing or cook in soup.
