Ingredients - 1 1 pound savoy cabbage, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried shrimps
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed.
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt to taste
Directions - Soak the dried shrimps in hot water for 20 minutes.
- Drain the shrimps and chopped.
- Fry the shrimps in oil for about for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly so it will not burn. Have a lid handy, because the shrimps will pop out and they burn like hell when they hit your skin.
- Add garlic and saute for another minute before adding the cabbage. After sauteing, add water in batches and steam with lid on until the leaves are soften.
- Add salt to taste.
This reminds me of being a kid again because of the way the cabbage is cooked. I always love to eat. Unlike other kids who are picky with their food, I love everything from vegetables to junk food. Still do!
